How do I book my first appointment?
You can book your first appointment online through our secure patient portal or contact Seasons of Wellness directly if you have questions before scheduling.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Seasons of Wellness accepts several major insurance plans. Because coverage varies by plan, please contact us if you would like an estimate with your insurance coverage before scheduling.

Do you see children and teens?
Yes. June Craft, PMHNP-BC provides psychiatric care for children, teens, and adults, with treatment plans tailored to each person’s age, needs, and goals.

What should I bring to my first psychiatric appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, current medication list, relevant medical or mental health records, and any questions or concerns you want to discuss.

Do you offer telehealth for Florida patients?
Yes. Telehealth appointments may be available for patients located in Florida when clinically appropriate. Some appointments or services may require an in-person visit.
