Frequently Asked
Questions
Do you accept my insurance?
Seasons of Wellness accepts a wide range of insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, Florida Blue, and Medicare, among others. Because plan coverage varies, we recommend emailing us at billing@seasonsofwellnessinc.com before your first appointment to verify that your specific plan is accepted.
Do you see children?
Yes. Seasons of Wellness provides psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. June Craft, PMHNP-BC is experienced in child and adolescent psychiatry, including ADHD, childhood anxiety, teen depression, behavioral disorders, and more. A parent or legal guardian must be present for all minor patients.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat the full range of DSM-5-TR psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, eating disorders, postpartum mental health, insomnia, autism spectrum disorder, substance use disorder, and many more. We also provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and medical weight management. If you do not see your condition listed on our site, please contact us.
What is the difference between a PMHNP and a psychiatrist?
A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is an advanced practice registered nurse who is fully trained and licensed to evaluate, diagnose, prescribe medication, and provide psychiatric care, just as a psychiatrist does. The key difference is that PMHNPs hold nursing degrees with advanced psychiatric specialization rather than medical degrees. June Craft, PMHNP-BC provides the same level of comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment you would expect from a psychiatric practice.

What is GeneSight testing?
GeneSight is a pharmacogenetic test that analyzes how your genes affect your response to psychiatric medications. It helps identify which medications are more or less likely to work well for your specific biology, reducing the trial-and-error process that can come with finding the right psychiatric medication. At Seasons of Wellness, we use GeneSight to guide medication decisions for conditions like depression, ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
What is QbTest?
QbTest is a validated, FDA-cleared objective assessment tool used in ADHD evaluation. It measures attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity using motion tracking and a computer-based task, providing objective data that goes beyond a clinical interview alone. At Seasons of Wellness, we use QbTest as part of our comprehensive ADHD evaluation process for both children and adults.
